Do You Know Jesus?
Nothing in life matters more than this: do you know Jesus Christ? The Bible has good news for you. It is the best news you will ever hear, and here it is, simply.

God loves you
God made you, and He loves you. He created you to know Him and to walk with Him, not for a while but forever.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
John 3:16, KJV - 2
We have all sinned
But every one of us has turned away from God and broken His commands. The Bible calls this sin, and it separates us from a holy God. None of us is good enough on our own.
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”
Romans 3:23, KJV - 3
Sin has a penalty
Our sin is serious, and it carries a just penalty: death, hell, and separation from God forever. We cannot earn our way back to Him by good works, by religion, or by trying harder.
“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Romans 6:23, KJV - 4
Jesus paid it for you
Because He loves us, God sent His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus lived a perfect life, died on the cross to pay the full penalty for our sin, and rose again from the dead on the third day. He did for us what we could never do for ourselves.
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
Romans 5:8, KJV - 5
Accept Him as your Saviour
Salvation is a free gift. It cannot be earned. It is received by trusting in Jesus Christ alone to save you, and if you will call on Him in faith, He will save you.
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
Romans 10:9, KJV
Would you like to trust Christ today?
There are no magic words, and a prayer does not save you. Jesus does. But if this is the true desire of your heart, you might pray something like this:
“Dear Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and that I need a Saviour. I believe that You are the Son of God, who died for my sins and rose again from the dead. Right now I trust in You alone to save me. Please come into my life as my Lord and my Saviour and take me to Heaven when I leave this world. Thank You for forgiving me and giving me eternal life. In Jesus’ name, amen.”
“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
